G&D, a leading provider of secure, high-performance KVM solutions, is excited to introduce the new PersonalWorkplace-Controller GEN5. This innovative platform, initially designed for the demanding operating room application, offers a user-friendly and highly efficient multiviewer solution. With its full source interaction and incredibly easy-to-use controls, it stands out as a powerful tool. Now, with 7 new product variants, it brings a host of new features and capabilities to support the AV/IT integrator community. Operators can simultaneously display between 9 and 27 unique computer and digital video sources up to 4K60 resolution, plus up to 5 streaming sources in the RTSP, WebRTC, and NDI formats over unlimited video layouts. All sources can be easily configured and recalled by the operators themselves without the need for complex programming.
The PersonalWorkplace-Controller GEN5 is a versatile choice for any integrator. It allows operators to display multiviewer images across up to four unique 5K/60 individual workstation monitors. It can also be combined for video wall applications up to 16K resolutions, or a mix of video wall display and individual workstation monitors. This adaptability, coupled with its ease of use, makes it a standout product. The PersonalWorkplace-Controller GEN5 stands out from other multiviewer video processors with its seamless user experience. It offers near-zero latency keyboard-mouse interaction with computer sources and supports touchscreen operations. Operators can effortlessly navigate the multiple video images on the display, select a source for control with a simple double click, and interact with the computer source. The product also supports swap and dynamic modes, providing operators with an easy method to interact with the placement of sources across the displays. Each of the 4 outputs can be configured as individual operator stations with individual keyboard-mouse controls or can be combined in larger video wall applications. With its ability to support multiple sizes of touchscreens, the PersonalWorkplace-Controller offers a truly dynamic user experience.
